  • Suwin is bringing Solar and Wind Power into the LED Market at LED Expo Thailand 2019

LED lights are known to use energy more efficiently than traditional lighting technology. Yet they are mostly powered by electricity sourced from non-renewable energy. At this year’s LED Expo Thailand, Suwin New Energy Technology Ltd is introducing a way to make LED lights 100% eco-friendly. With a focus on street lights and other outdoor technology, Suwin New Energy has created an LED lighting system that is fully powered by solar and wind energy. These lighting systems are “off-grid”, and therefore do not require connection to a power grid.

The LED Expo Thailand 2019 will be the 7th yearly exhibition of its kind in Bangkok. With the recent introduction of solar panels into the palette of products, Suwin New Energy’s solar-wind hybrid street light systems make a perfect fit for the 2019 expo.

This year’s exhibition is expected to host over 250 exhibitors and more than 15,000 visitors from all around the globe. Suwin New Energy will be present during all three days from June 27th through June 29th.

The above mentioned solar-wind hybrid power street lighting system includes a low loss solar module with a warranty of 20 years as well as a vertical wind turbine that works at wind speeds of as low as 1.9m/s and can even survive hurricane level wind speeds of up to 36.9m/s.

The underground lamp base includes a battery module and an intelligent controller. The large capacity battery stores power, which allows the system to work even during bad weather conditions. The intelligent controller makes remote monitoring and control of every device possible. Cables are no further needed.

The materials used in the street light system, such as basalt fiber, allow for a long life cycle. Every system is individually designed to fit the target territory. Even rough climate areas such as coastal and mountain areas are covered by the configuration range.

Suwin New Energy has been an industry innovator since 2007. Its off-grid solar-wind power systems are applied in street lighting, CCTV monitoring, distributed power stations, smart bus stations, electric charging stations, underground parking lots and much more. Its products are currently in use in more than 20 Chinese cities and in over 10 more countries worldwide.

Suwin New Energy is part of EMAC International Group. EMAC is a worldwide one-stop provider and supplier for power system solutions in Energy, Maritime, Automotive, Construction and railway application.

EMAC as of now has three subsidiaries, three domestic joint ventures, two overseas joint ventures and five independently registered brand trademarks. In order to provide even closer sales and after-sales service in ASEAN countries, EMAC ASEAN will officially open up this coming August in Bangkok, Thailand.
